ROSEMARY GREYHOUND
A refreshing, crisp and tasteful cocktail consisting of 2 parts Belvedere Classic Vodka, half a measure of Rosemary Syrup, 4 parts fresh Grapefruit Juice finished off with a fresh sprig of rosemary as garnish.
Raspberry Beret
Made with half a measure of Raspberry Syrup, double measure of Conker Dorset Gin, A dash of Lime Juice topped with Soda Water. Fresh Raspberries as sweet garnish to finish.
Dark & Stormy Ginger Julep
Our take on a Dark and Stormy: half a measure of Maple Syrup with fresh squeezed Lime Juice and Mint muddled together. 2 parts of Bumbu Original Rum mixed with 4 parts Ginger Beer and a fresh stick of Ginger as garnish for a kick.
